I’m a finance professional based in Eastern Region, working across corporate finance, investment analysis, FP&A, treasury, and real estate development finance. My work sits behind the decisions: land acquisitions, development feasibility, capital allocation, and financing structures, built on DCF, NPV, and IRR analysis rather than gut feel.
Day to day, that means financial modelling and valuation, feasibility studies for residential, commercial, mixed-use and industrial projects, budgeting and cash flow forecasting, board and investor reporting, and support on debt financing and joint ventures — all grounded in IFRS-compliant reporting and delivered on tools spanning Excel, Power BI, SAP, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
